👾 13 BOSSES, 13 ATTACK PATTERNS
Every region ends with its own boss: from the Thrombus in the vein and the Toxin Crystal in the liver to the Gene Mutator in the cell nucleus with five full phases. Bosses fight in phases and get more aggressive the less health they have.

⚡ SWARM ACTION
Bacteria drift in, viruses zigzag and shoot back. Waves are built randomly, so no two runs play the same. Touch and drag, double-tap for autofire, dodge, and build combos up to x10.

🫀 WORLD MAP: FROM THE VEIN TO THE NUCLEUS
13 handcrafted levels through vein, lungs, stomach, heart, liver, kidney, lymph node, spinal cord, eye, ear, brain and cell nucleus. Every enemy that slips past weakens the patient. Keep them alive.

🧬 ADAPTATION: SHAPE YOUR BUILD
After every boss the Nano Shop opens: dual and triple shot, fire rate, shield, more HP, medkit, EMP. Then you pick one of three adaptations such as Berserker Mode, Precision Mode, Gold Synthesis or Titan Shield. Adaptations even survive a death.

🔁 RE-ENTRY
Falling doesn't end it instantly: a Re-Entry puts you straight back into the fight with all upgrades intact. One strong run doesn't collapse over a single mistake.

🚀 ATP & PROBE SKINS
Collect ATP, the cell energy, through the daily bonus and victory bonuses, and outfit your probe with skins. The prestige skin Aurum Apex is earned only by winning on Hard.
