What exactly is Tup Tup & Go?
This solution combines the features of a traditional bus and a taxi. The service has no fixed schedule or routes. You select your chosen virtual stop in the app, and the intelligent system plans a route to efficiently pick you up and other passengers heading in the same direction.

Why is it worth "Tup Tup & Go?"
- You don't check the traditional schedule. You open the app, order, and go.
- We primarily serve locations where standard buses don't run or run less frequently.
- You travel in comfortable, air-conditioned, and heated buses, ideal for efficient city travel.
- You book a ride and are sure to spend the entire journey sitting down.

How to book a ride? Step-by-step instructions:
- Register in the app and top up your account, then go to the home screen and click "Find a ride."
- Enter your destination address in the search bar or select it directly on the map, and then specify the number of passengers. - Click "Search for a ride" and receive a ride offer.

Remember: Due to dynamic traffic conditions, the offer is only active for a limited time! Wait a few moments and press "refresh" to...
- After accepting the ride, you'll see your ride number and the number of the bus picking you up in the app.
- The app will show you the minute-by-minute departure time and arrival time at the virtual stop, and will guide you to it like a navigation system.
- When the vehicle is close, your phone will notify you with a "bus is arriving" notification. Get on board and go to the specified virtual stop!
Important: If your plans suddenly change, you can use the "Cancel Ride" button (in which case, half the ride price will be debited from your prepaid account).

1. What exactly is DRT (Demand-Response Transport)?
It's a cross between a bus and a taxi. "Tup Tup & Go" doesn't have a fixed timetable. You tell us where and where you want to go, and the intelligent system plans the route to pick you up and other passengers along the way.
2. How to book a ride?
Everything happens on your phone! All you need is the free Tup Tup & Go app. It's intuitive and guides you by the hand: from entering the address, through payment, to indicating the bus's waiting location. If you have any problems, please contact our hotline.
3. Where exactly should I wait? Do I have to go to a regular bus stop?
Our system creates "virtual bus stops" – landmarks close to your location. The app shows you the exact location on the map.
5. Can I pay the driver in cash?
The driver doesn't charge for the ride. Payment is debited from your prepaid account in the app. You can top up your account by transfer or BLIK. Fees related to booking the Tup Tup & Go service will be available soon.
6. Are discounts and the Zgierz "Shutter" applicable?

At this time, the Zgierz "shutter" is not honored. In the next phase of the pilot program (September 2026), there are plans to treat the shutter as a 100% discount.
7. Will I be traveling alone in the bus?
"Tup Tup & Go" is shared transportation. This means that along the way, we can pick up someone traveling in a similar direction. Don't worry – the system ensures you arrive quickly and without unnecessary detours.
8. What if I'm late at the pickup location?
Our bus must keep track of all passengers, so it can't wait. Be on time and monitor arrival information in the app.
9. Will the buses also operate at night?
In the first phase of the pilot program, the buses will operate Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In the second phase (September 2026), it may be possible to expand the service to include evening and night hours (depending on the results of analyses from the first phase of the pilot program).
