About StaffTrakr
StaffTrakr is the employee mobile app for organisations that use StaffTrakr for attendance and workforce management.
FOR EMPLOYEES
• Punch in and punch out with GPS verification
• View attendance history and calendar
• Submit leave and work-from-home (WFH) requests
• Secure login with password and MPIN
• Optional fingerprint / face unlock on supported devices
• Push notifications for approvals and alerts (when enabled by your employer)
LOCATION & ATTENDANCE
When your organisation enables GPS attendance, the app uses your device location at punch-in and punch-out, and may record your location periodically while you are punched in and on duty. This supports attendance verification and walkpath tracking for your employer. Location tracking stops when you punch out or log out.
ACCOUNT & ACCESS
Employee accounts are created by your organisation’s administrator — not by self-registration in this app. You sign in with your company domain, username, and password provided by your employer.
If you leave your organisation, your administrator deactivates or removes your employee record in the admin console. See our data deletion page for details.
