About Heart Rate Monitor & HRV [BLE]

Heart Rate Monitor is an app that measures heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV) and detects respiration.

Detect the subtle pulse changes of the fingers through the camera lens, obtain the photoplethysmogram (PPG) to calculate the heart rate, and use the heart rate to analyze its variation.

When measuring, lightly press the camera lens with your fingers and keep your body as still as possible. The heart rate can be calculated within a few seconds.

Use BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) heart rate sensor (heart rate belt, fitness device, etc.) to obtain heart rate and calculate heart rate variation
(Heart Rate Service UUID:0x180D, RR-interval needs to be provided)

- The measurement and analysis values will be affected by the performance of the mobile phone, and low performance may cause excessive changes or instability in the values.

- On some devices, the flash may feel to hot, which can be turned off in "Setting".

- This program uses electrocardiogram-derived respiration (EDR) to detect respiration, and uses heart rate changes to derive the number of respirations. When the heart rate is unstable, the deviation of respiration values will be too large.
