About Los 3 Estados

A radio with music from Tierra Caliente, which covers regions such as Guerrero, Culiacán and other states in the south and west of Mexico, has a vibrant and energetic style. The musical programming is characterized by typical genres such as the son of the Tierra Caliente, the Sierra and the Banda, as well as ranchera music. The music genres of this type of radio include ballads, cumbias, corridos, and traditional music from the region, all with a distinctive touch of Mexican culture.

The sound of the radio is warm and lively, with songs that transmit the stories, legends and emotions of these regions of the country, including the influences of indigenous and mestizo peoples. Songs can include drum rhythms, electric guitars, and the unmistakable sound of brass in the band, as well as the cumbia accordion.

The station's announcers are both Mexican and Colombian, which gives it a unique and multicultural touch. Mexican announcers contribute their deep knowledge of the local culture, tradition and typical expressions of the country, using a very close and warm language, often using idioms and expressions specific to each region. They create a friendly and familiar environment for listeners, often interspersing their commentary with stories from the land, popular sayings, and interesting facts about the songs being played. Sometimes, they make references to events or customs of the region, inviting listeners to feel at home.

On the other hand, Colombian announcers also enrich the programming with their characteristic accent and communicative style, providing an interesting mix of Latin American rhythms. With a melodious and energetic voice, these announcers connect with the audience through their friendliness, often sharing their passion for Mexican music and culture, while presenting songs that have similarities with the music of their own country, such as cumbias, vallenato, and other tropical genres that merge very well with the styles of Tierra Caliente.

In short, this radio creates an atmosphere of warmth and closeness, with a unique mix of genres and voices that represent the best of Mexican and Colombian cultures.
