Vikings Workforce

Vikings Workforce puts your company's day-to-day field operations in one app — forms, jobcards, vehicle checks, toolbox talks, timesheets and lone worker safety — with everything syncing back to the web portal for supervisors and managers.

Built for field teams in fibre, telecoms, utilities, construction and other site-based industries.

FORMS AND EVIDENCE
- Complete your assigned field forms on site
- Capture photos, GPS location and signatures as you go
- Keep working with no signal — submissions sync when you're back online

JOBCARDS
- Fill in a jobcard on site when the job's done
- Record the stock and materials used, photos, time on the job and travel — everything the office needs for invoicing

VEHICLES AND ASSETS
- Carry out daily vehicle checks in minutes
- Report vehicle defects and view outstanding ones
- See servicing, maintenance and inspection due dates
- Record asset and equipment inspections

SAFETY
- Lone working protection with timed check-ins and a persistent safety timer
- SOS button that alerts your team with your location
- Read and sign toolbox talks assigned to you

TIME AND WORK
- Clock in and out of shifts, with travel time recorded separately
- View your weekly rota and timesheets
- Keep track of recent submissions and anything waiting on you

ID AND DOCUMENTS
- Digital employee ID card with a scannable QR code to verify training and accreditations
- View company documents wherever you are

Everything submitted from the app lands in the Vikings Workforce web portal, giving supervisors and managers a live view of activity, reports and compliance records.
