About Learn French for Beginners
Learn French for beginners, in the language you already speak. You see a French word, you hear it from a native speaker, and you meet it in a real sentence. Every meaning reaches you in your own language from the very first card.
Wondering how to learn French so it actually stays? This French language learning app teaches first and asks afterward, so a word you've never seen never opens with a test. Each word arrives with native audio and an example sentence, which makes it a French audio learning app as much as a visual one.
HOW YOU LEARN FRENCH
• Learn first, check afterward: a new word turns into a question only once you've met it
• One word, every skill tracked separately: recognizing it, recalling it, understanding it by ear, writing it and saying it out loud
• Spaced repetition for each skill: if you can read a word but can't spell it, only the spelling comes back
• Practice follows the way you got it wrong: a missing accent counts as spelling, not as listening
FRENCH GRAMMAR AND VOCABULARY, INSIDE THE SENTENCE
No rule lists to memorize. Verbs are practiced by choosing the right form inside a recorded sentence, and gender is learned together with the noun: un or une from the start. Words that sound the same but are spelled differently, like parle, parles and parlent, are practiced in context, because the ear alone can't tell them apart. It's French grammar for beginners, right where it's used.
WAYS TO PRACTICE FRENCH
• Word cards, picture cards and listening cards that build your French vocabulary
• Sentence cards with the meaning in your language
• Pick the meaning, match the pairs, fill the gap, put the sentence in order
• French writing practice: hear the word and type it, accents included
• Listen and find the right word or sentence
• Hands-free mode: sentences play one after another while you walk or drive, with controls on the lock screen
HOW TO SPEAK FRENCH OUT LOUD
Listen to a sentence, say it back, and every word comes back marked on its own, so you know exactly which one to repeat. That's French speaking practice with an answer, not a percentage. Nasal vowels and the French r are where learners get stuck, and this is where you practice French speaking until they stop being a problem. If the microphone couldn't hear you, it doesn't count as a mistake.
