Veriflex — Inspection report

WHY VERIFLEX
• Offline data entry: Complete your inspection reports on-site without network coverage; your data stays on your device. (PDF sealing and token purchases require an internet connection.)
• Tamper-proof reports: Each report is locked into a sealed, digitally signed, and time-stamped PDF, making it impossible to modify afterwards.
• Designed for Quebec: Local terminology (4½, 5½, garde-robe, plinthe chauffante...) and pre-filled rooms.

MAIN FEATURES
• Manage your buildings, rental units, and tenants.
• Create a move-in inspection, then a comparable move-out inspection, room by room.
• Pre-filled rooms (kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, balcony, closet...) with their items to check.
• Rate each item: Good, Normal wear and tear, Needs repair, Damaged, Missing.
• Add time-stamped photos with a watermark embedded directly into the image.
• Record keys and fobs (unit, storage/shed, building).
• Have the landlord and tenant sign directly on the touchscreen.
• Generate a professional, sealed, and signed PDF, ready to archive or send (online sealing).
• Automatically email the report to both parties.

YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOU
• Local storage: No inspection data is hosted on our servers.
• Full backup and restore in a single file, whenever you want.
• Storage dashboard to track used space.
