VELI.ops

VELI.ops is the first in-house app developed by the VELI.store tech team to streamline and enhance our warehouse operations. Our goal is simple: to deliver the best online shopping experience in Georgia by improving the behind-the-scenes processes that power every order.
After closely analyzing the daily challenges faced by our warehouse team, we built VELI.ops to make operations smarter, faster, and more reliable.
Here’s what VELI.ops does best:
Efficient Order Picking: The app guides our team to pick items based on the shortest route and optimal workflow—reducing errors and ensuring customers receive exactly what they ordered.

Smarter Quality Control: We revamped the quality control process to be more precise and detail-oriented while keeping the interface intuitive and easy to use.

Real-Time Stock Management: Accurate inventory is critical in e-commerce. VELI.ops improves stock tracking and updates in real-time to prevent delays and ensure availability.

At VELI.store, we believe in a human-centered approach—both for our customers and our team. That’s why we went back to the roots, reimagining our entire warehouse system to make better use of our team’s time and energy, and ultimately deliver a smoother shopping experience for everyone.
