Veezen: Work-Life Harmony

Veezen is a Work-Life Harmony Platform; a Corporate wellbeing tech-enabled solution for companies to help integrate work-life harmony in HR strategies to prevent mental health issues and promote employee engagement.

Before the pandemic, a clear frontier between personal Life and professional life. Now the paradigm has changed, no frontier between personal and professional life due to working from home and there is no going back to Normal.
We integrate Work-Life Harmony into employes’ life through our three services: As a first step, we organize a Work-Life Harmony seminar in the company, then we conduct psychological tests to understand the functioning and behavior of the employee.
We match the employee with a personal coach. We also offer group coachings within the company.
