Vectares

Vectares is the mobile app for transport companies on the Vectares platform. Two modes, picked at sign-in: DRIVER mode, with your own trip, and OFFICE mode, for dispatchers and managers.

It is not a consumer app: your account is created by your employer. Drivers sign in with a phone number and PIN from the office; dispatchers with the email and password they use on the desktop.

FOR DRIVERS

Your trip, step by step
The trips assigned to you, with loading and unloading stops in order, time windows, cargo, required temperature and dock instructions. One large button tells you what comes next: "Departed to loading", "Arrived", "Unloading finished". The office sees each step immediately, without a phone call.

Documents, straight from your phone
Photograph the CMR and other paperwork at the dock, in separate slots for every stop. With no signal the photo waits in a queue and is sent by itself once you are back online. If dispatch asks for a correction, you see the reason and send a new one.

Chat with dispatch
Write, send photos or a voice message, right on the trip. You get a notification when the office replies. Unsent messages wait in the queue and go out when you have signal.

Your route and the points along it
The trip map with the planned route, numbered stops, secure truck parkings and your company's own points - customer stores, warehouses, customs offices - with opening hours, phone and access instructions. One button opens your phone's navigation to the next stop.

Your driving hours
How long you may still drive, how long until your break and when your rest ends, read from the truck's tachograph.

Trailer handover report
Picking up and handing back a trailer, with photos from six angles, the equipment inventory, remarks and a signature on screen.

Damage
Report damage or a shortage with photos and a description; the file reaches your dispatcher and the damage officer at once.

Truck position
A switch you turn on yourself. While it is on, the trip position reaches the dispatchers of YOUR OWN company, so they can give the customer an accurate arrival time. You can turn it off at any time.

Your company's orders
The order list with the current arrival time, every stop's status as geofencing sees it and the step reported by the driver. Open one for stops, cargo, documents and contacts.

To do
One screen with everything waiting for you: documents sent by drivers that need the office to confirm them, open damage reports with their photos, and the important unread alerts. Oldest first.

The fleet map
Every truck with its position, plus filters for parkings, fuel stations, customer stores, warehouses and workshops. Search by truck or trailer plate and jump straight to it.

Who can still drive
Hours left for the whole fleet, read from the tachograph: how long each driver may still drive, when the break starts, when the rest ends. Plus the trucks with no active order, for when somebody calls with a load for tomorrow.

One truck, in detail
Where it is, kilometres to the next stop, parkings along the route, the driver's full schedule, fuel, AdBlue and remaining range.

Chat and documents
The same conversations as on the desktop, with the full history, and a push notification when a driver sends a document. You can flag an incident on an order, move the time window of the next stop and send the customer the position and arrival time, without opening a computer.

Office mode appears only if your account has the matching permission.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

You need an account created by your employer. The app does not create accounts and cannot be used without a company that has Vectares.

The app contains no ads, no analytics modules and does not track users across apps. Your data is seen only by the company you work for.

The interface is available in 20 languages, including Romanian, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Greek and Turkish.
