MGD Payroll

MGD Payroll — your salary, attendance and leave, in one app

If your workplace runs on MGD Payroll, this is your app. Clock in from your phone, see your payslip the moment it's ready, apply for leave, and claim expenses — without a single trip to the office.

Mark attendance from your phone
Punch in and out with one tap. A quick selfie and your location confirm you're at your branch, so there's no register to sign and no queue at a machine. If you're away from your assigned location, the punch is still recorded and sent to your manager for review — nothing is lost.

See exactly what you've earned
Your payslip lands in the app the moment payroll is run. Basic pay, HRA, allowances, overtime, commissions and incentives — alongside every deduction, so you can see how your net salary was reached. PF, ESI, professional tax and income tax are all calculated to Indian rules. Download any month's payslip as a PDF whenever you need it, for a loan application, a rental agreement or your own records.

Apply for leave without chasing anyone
Check your leave balance, apply in a few taps, and follow your request as your manager reviews it. Approved leave flows straight into payroll, so your salary reflects it automatically. Your leave history stays available all year.

Claim what you've spent
Photograph a receipt, submit the claim, and track it through approval. Approved reimbursements appear on your payslip — shown separately from your salary, so it's clear what's pay and what's a refund of your own money.

Advances and loans
Request a salary advance, see what's outstanding, and watch instalments come off automatically each month. No spreadsheets, no confusion about what's left.

Fix attendance mistakes
Forgot to punch in? Raise a regularisation request with a reason. Your manager reviews it, and once approved your attendance and salary are corrected.

Your tax declarations
Submit your investment declarations — 80C, 80D, HRA and more — and upload proof from your phone. Your tax deduction is recalculated from what you've actually declared, instead of the maximum.

Everything in one place
Your attendance history, salary structure, employment documents and profile details, always available. No emails, no asking the office.

Managers get more
If you manage a team, approvals for leave, attendance corrections and reimbursements arrive in a single inbox. Approve or decline with a reason, and your team is notified straight away.

Built for India
PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS calculated to current rules. Payslips in the format Indian employees expect. Rupee formatting throughout.

Made for every kind of business
Gyms and fitness studios, salons and spas, clinics, restaurants, retail — anywhere staff are paid by attendance, hours or commission.

Secure by design
You see your own data and nothing else. Sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile or email — no password to remember or lose.

You'll need an account from your employer. MGD Payroll is business software. Your workplace creates your account and you sign in with the mobile number or email they've registered.
