TumaMimi connects you with a nearby Trustee, a vetted local runner, to get your errands done without leaving home or the office.

WHAT YOU CAN SEND

- Purchase & Deliver: tell your Trustee what to buy, they buy it at the store and bring it to you. You pay the store directly for the item, TumaMimi only charges a service fee.
- Pickup & Deliver: something already needs to move from one place to another. Your Trustee collects it and delivers it.
- Drop-off: hand an item to your Trustee for delivery, confirmed with a delivery code at handoff.
- Task-only: a job that doesn't involve carrying anything, just getting something done nearby.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Describe the errand and set the pickup and drop-off points.
2. See your price upfront, before you confirm anything.
3. Get matched with a nearby Trustee and track them live on the map.
4. Pay the service fee by M-Pesa or card only once the errand is done, no upfront charge.
5. Rate your Trustee, and get rated back.

EVERY TRUSTEE IS VETTED

Before a Trustee can accept your errand, they've already submitted a government ID, a selfie, proof of education, and a police clearance certificate, and passed a background check. Police clearance has to be renewed every six months to keep running errands.

CLEAR PRICING, NO SURPRISES

You only ever pay TumaMimi's service fee. If your errand involves buying something, you pay the store directly by M-Pesa, the same way you would in person. There's no deposit and no hidden charge; the price you're quoted is the price you pay.

REFER FRIENDS, EARN SOMETHING BACK

Share your referral code. Every time someone you referred pays for an errand, you earn a share of TumaMimi's fee, for as long as they keep using the app.
