OpenHouse Kiosk Pro turns your Android phone or tablet into an open-house sign-in station. Welcome guests, organize visitor details by property and event, and prepare follow-up with CSV exports—all in one offline workspace.

PREPARE YOUR FOLLOW-UP
Export visitor records using Generic CSV, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE or Lofty/Chime presets. Import the exported file through your CRM’s normal import process; field mapping may need review. No direct CRM connection is required.

SHARE PROPERTY INFORMATION
Display a QR code for your property’s web flyer, or share a locally stored PDF through Android. Web flyers require internet access on the visitor’s phone. A local PDF cannot be transferred simply by scanning a QR code.

WORK OFFLINE
No app account, advertising, analytics or automatic cloud synchronization. Visitor records stay on your device unless you choose to export them or create a backup.

PROTECT YOUR WORKSPACE
• Store visitor records in an encrypted local database.
• Protect the Agent Hub with a PIN.
• Mask contact fields after inactivity.
• Enable PIN recovery through your enrolled Android device screen lock.
• Create and restore password-protected backups.

CSV exports contain readable visitor details. Choose their destinations carefully.

Designed for tablets, with a responsive phone layout. Supports Android 8.0 and newer. Android screen pinning can help keep the visitor station in place; the app cannot independently block system navigation.

GET STARTED WITH CONFIDENCE
• Follow the quick setup guide on your first visit to the Agent Hub. Reopen it any time from Settings.
• Move between agent tools using bottom navigation on phones and icon navigation on tablets.
• Choose Light, Dark or Follow device appearance, with your current selection clearly shown.
• Share the app link, open its Google Play rating page, or send software feedback from the agent workspace.
• Sharing the app and sending feedback do not automatically attach visitor records.
