Xobito

Xobito is a shared workspace for teams that manage customer relationships. Keep every contact, company detail and pipeline stage in one place, and give your whole team the same up-to-date view.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Contacts
• Build a searchable contact database with names, phone numbers, emails and job titles
• Record full company details: website, industry, employee count, revenue, tax IDs and address
• Add your own custom fields and fill them per contact
• Filter by stage, owner, source, tags, segments, opt-in status and record status
• Search by name and scroll through large lists smoothly

Pipeline and ownership
• Move contacts through your pipeline stages
• Assign an owner so everyone knows who is responsible
• Organise with tags and segments
• Track opt-in and opt-out consent per contact

Notes
• Add notes to any contact so context stays with the record
• See who wrote each note and when

Teams and organisations
• Create an organisation and invite your team
• Switch between multiple organisations from one account
• Role-based permissions decide who can view and who can manage

Your account
• Edit your profile and photo
• See which departments you belong to
• Set your language, timezone, date and time formats
• Review every device signed in to your account and sign out the ones you do not recognise

MADE TO FEEL AT HOME

• Light and dark themes, or follow your system setting
• Available in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Afrikaans, Hindi and Gujarati
• Tap to call or email a contact using the apps you already use
• Tells you when you go offline, and when you are back

BEFORE YOU START
