I created this business name 'Strong For Her' after my daughter. The year she was born, my husband who has been battling brain cancer had started declining. I knew now more than ever I had to continue to make myself a priority, so I could be strong for myself, for her and for him. There is no such thing as a perfect program, but what holds true is that a program should mold to your life and help add to it, not add more stress, however imperfect that may feel at times.
