Welcome to Lion & Luxe Personalized Training!

Our app is where all the action happens, from following along during your customized workouts, checking your form with our exercise database videos, tracking your body stats and measurements to evening taking and comparing progress photos.

Nutrition is half the battle when it comes to your fitness journey. For this reason we've linked our app to My Fitness Pal, helping you track your caloric intake to keep you on track.

If you haven't yet joined our training program, visit us at www.lionandluxe.com for a free consultation. We offer a combination of online and in person training to fit your budget and your schedule.

We look forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals!

What’s new

Version 7.70.0 · Updated March 13, 2023

We’ve made some exciting upgrades to the Apple Watch App powered by Trainerize that will make it easier for clients to train on the go! Now, clients can leave their phones behind and be able to start and track any workout (regular, circuit, and interval), including three new cardio activities, swimming, dancing, and HIIT, directly from their watch! As always, we've also made some back-end upgrades and bug fixes to make your experience even better.
