The AHF Approach is my online progressive training program designed to help women of all fitness levels become fit, strong and confident! Access to 3 or 4 strength workouts per week and my monthly cardio challenges. Your workouts, nutrition guides and recipes, extra educational manuals and everything that you need to know is super easy to access via your own private members area on the app. This will also include video demos for every exercise as well as options for alternatives where needed. Upload your body stats and you will receive your personalised calorie targets based on your preferences set. You can choose to use the in app meal tracker or connect your my fitness pal account direct.
