About MyForms

Objective: a business application that allows us to respond in mobility to forms used by our operational sites on a daily basis.
Functionality:
- Several types of questions: digital, switch, list, photo, date/time, text, referential, scan and signature.
- Forms can be organized by sector, business line and category (customizable by site).
- The execution of the form is flexible for operators (it is not mandatory to proceed in the order).
- Possibility to report any anomaly, and to add photos and comments.
- Possibility to associate a PI tag to a question.
