Alexa Farms helps farmers, agronomists, and project teams run day-to-day farm and crop operations from one place. Create farms and projects, record field activity, track expenses, upload documents, and keep your team aligned—without spreadsheets scattered across devices.

FARM MANAGEMENT
Register farms with contact and address details, attach crops, and keep each farm’s history in one profile. Open a farm to add daily logs, expenses, service requests, and reports.

DAILY FARMING LOGS
Capture what happened in the field as it happens:
• Scouting and pest or disease observations
• Spray records, including preventive or curative notes
• Fertigation, nutrient, and chemical scheduling with quantities
• Harvest entries with photos from camera or gallery

Photos and notes stay linked to the farm so supervisors can review activity later.

EXPENSES AND SERVICE REQUESTS

ACCOUNT AND GUIDES
Sign up with your name, mobile, email, and profile photo. Edit your profile, change your password, and open user guides from the app. Access is role-based so each user sees the farms and actions they are allowed to use.

DATA YOU CONTROL
Alexa Farms collects only the information needed to run your account and farm records—such as name, contact details, address, photos you attach, documents you upload, expense amounts, in-app messages, and a device token for notifications. Data is sent to the Alexa Farms service so your team can view the same records. We do not sell your data.
