TIX DO

TIX DO is the access control app for event staff who sell tickets with TIX DO.

Log in with your staff account, select the assigned event, and start validating tickets instantly. No external readers needed: the scanner is your phone's camera.

FAST ACCESS CONTROL
• Scan QR codes with your phone's camera
• Immediate on-screen feedback: ticket valid, already used, or not for the event
• Sound and vibration confirmation for scanning without looking at the screen
• Real-time validation against the TIX DO system, preventing duplicates between gates

LIVE EVENT INFORMATION
• Total tickets sold and check-ins completed
• Recent access activity, minute by minute
• List of orders and their tickets
• Details of each ticket and its validation history

FOR YOUR TEAM AT THE DOOR
• Multiple people scanning the same event simultaneously
• Check-in history from the device
• Securely saved and protected session on the device
• Simple interface, designed for use at night and in a hurry

PERMISSIONS
The app uses the camera only to read the QR codes on the tickets. The images are processed on the device; they are not stored or sent to our servers. Vibration is used to confirm each scan.

IMPORTANT
TIX DO is a tool for organizers and authorized staff. You need a TIX DO staff account and an assigned event to use the app. If you purchased tickets for an event, your tickets are in your email or on tix.do, not in this app.
