DLB Career Toolkit

DLB Career Toolkit is the companion app to the Cal Poly Pomona Dean's Leadership Board (DLB) EngX Seminars career-prep program. It distills the program's printed handouts into interactive, progress-tracking checklists you can use offline at your own pace.

WHAT'S INSIDE

• Resume Checklist — every step of writing a quality engineering résumé, from contact info through formatting and final review

• Interview Prep Checklist — what to research, what to bring, how to dress, and how to answer behavioral and technical questions

• Follow-Up Checklist — closing the deal after your interview, thank-you etiquette, and salary discussion prep • What's Next Checklist — accepting an offer, what happens between offer and start date, and setting yourself up for day one

• Elevator Pitch Guide — a fill-in-the-blank template for your 30-second introduction

KEY FEATURES
