About Workout Timer: Interval, Share

Exercise timers for home training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) as well as boxing. You can easily push yourself to the limit by setting a time. We used a clear and easy-to-use design (UI/UX).

0. You can download and upload various timers which are user's shared timer.

1. Quick start mode available in 1 second after installation
- Click the Start button to start training immediately.

2. Simple mode for simple preparation, set, exercise, and rest
- It is limited, but you can quickly generate the desired timer.
- It is mainly used in actual boxing matches and training.

3. Custom mode that allows you to determine the name, time, set, and background color of each time in a detailed time configuration
- You can configure timers in more detail.
- It is mainly used in actual weight training, fitness, and wrestling.

4. Simple, custom timers save
- Simple, custom mode can be saved simply, and can be found in the Save list.
