Should you call your cousin younger than you "brother" or "sister"? Should you call your aunt's husband "uncle" or "stepfather"? The family tree for the deceased is used to record the family's anniversary, showing how to address each person and reminding you of their death anniversary.

WHAT TO CALL THEM?
Choose any two people from your family tree, and the app will show you what they call each other, how to address them, and how to refer to each other, along with the steps of their relationship. Relationships are based on branches of the family, not age, as the elders traditionally did. You can switch between Northern Vietnamese terms (uncle, parents, great-grandfather), Central Vietnamese terms (parents, aunt), and Southern Vietnamese terms (uncle, parents, great-grandfather).

FAMILY TREE

Start with yourself, then add your parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, spouse, and children. The tree is arranged by generation, with spouses side-by-side, allowing you to see both paternal and maternal sides. Each person has a portrait, birth year, death year, age, and individual notes.

PERSONALIZED ANNIVERSARY BOOK
Record death anniversaries according to the lunar calendar, including leap months. Each year, the app automatically converts to the Gregorian calendar, showing how many days remain and which anniversary it is. The anniversary date displays the photo and the family relationship of the deceased. If someone in the family tree has passed away but their death anniversary date is not yet recorded, the app will remind you to add it.

PREMINDERS
Choose reminders for the exact date or 1, 3, or 7 days in advance, at your preferred time. If you burn incense monthly, enable reminders for the 1st and 15th of the lunar month.

SHARE WITH FAMILY MEMBERS
Send your paternal and maternal relatives, or your entire family tree, along with death anniversaries, via a QR code or text code via Zalo or Messenger. The recipient can select additional surnames, and the system will automatically skip over existing names and dates. The code can be shared directly between devices.

To share a family tree, create a shared family tree and send an invitation code. Anyone who adds a person, edits the year of death, or changes the anniversary date will have their device updated accordingly. No account creation is required.

Sending and creating a shared family tree is included in the Anniversary Pro package, a one-time purchase. Receiving and accessing the shared family tree using the invitation code is free.

DAY COUNTER AND WIDGET
Birthdays and wedding anniversaries can also be saved, according to the Gregorian or Lunar calendar. Pin an anniversary date to your home or lock screen using the "Day Counter" widget. The "Lunar Calendar" widget shows the current lunar date.
