The International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (The Union) is the leading global scientific organisation generating, sharing and applying knowledge to end suffering from tuberculosis (TB) and lung disease.
Established in 1920, The Union is at the forefront of the fight against TB and lung disease, developing revolutionary approaches to treatment, taking an active role in driving forward change and engaging with decision makers to push policy and legislation.
Our members are the heartbeat of The Union. Today, we are made up of individual and organisational members from over 110 countries across the world. Bringing together clinicians, managers, policy makers, frontline workers, scientists, survivors and civil society.
