mCAP — Waiter Order Taking

mCAP is the fast, offline-first order-taking app for restaurant waiters — the floor companion to mPOS. Take the table's order on your phone, send it straight to the kitchen, and print the KOT on a Bluetooth thermal printer. No billing, no clutter: mCAP does one job and does it quickly.

Every order syncs to your existing RestoPOS server, so whatever runs your counter (mPOS or a desktop biller) picks the order up automatically — nothing extra to set up.

WHY WAITERS LIKE IT
• One-tap ordering — browse the menu with photos, search by name, filter by category
• Order types built in — dine-in, takeaway and delivery, with a delivery-app picker (Swiggy, Zomato and more)
• Notes where you need them — an order note plus a per-item note (e.g. "no onion")
• Two clear actions — Send KOT, or KOT & Print to a Bluetooth printer
• Tracked to you — each waiter signs in with their own account

BUILT FOR A REAL FLOOR
• Works fully offline — capture orders with no internet; they queue and sync the moment you're back online
• Never lose an order — every order is saved on the device before anything touches the network
• Offline order numbers — clean, continuous numbering when the server is unreachable
• Fast and light — made for busy service, on phone and tablet

WORKS WITH YOUR SETUP
mCAP connects to your own server at sign-in — enter your restaurant's URL and your waiter login. It slots straight into the RestoPOS family alongside mPOS.

Waiters take orders. mPOS handles the bill. mCAP keeps the two in sync.
