TEAM7 is always improving to give you the best possible experience. What’s New: Circuits, AMRAPs, EMOMs and other training styles are now easier to navigate. Manage blocked users: You can now view users you’ve blocked and unblock them at any time from Settings. We’ve also made bug fixes and performance improvements throughout the app.
