PRACTICE: LEARN BY HEART, CHANT, MEDITATE
• Bhagavad Gita: twelve key verses, fifteen verses of Chapter 2, or 39 core shlokas from across twelve chapters. Each verse is narrated in Sanskrit, explained in English or Hindi, and titled by what it teaches, such as "Work, and let go of the fruit (2.47)". A verse returns for review until you know it by heart.
• Hanuman Chalisa: all 42 verses, recited and explained.
• The Upanishads, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and key verses of the Ramayana, each narrated verse by verse with its meaning.
• Mantra Vidya: what Om, the Gayatri, the Mahamrityunjaya, Ganesha's mantra and the seed syllables mean.
• Navratri, the nine forms of Durga: for each night her painting, her story, her chant and its meaning, a mala of 108 with her, and three short questions. On Today from 11 to 19 October, and in Practice all year.
• Japa on a mala of 108, and guided meditations of 7 to 25 minutes in English or Hindi.
