Stock & Devis magasin

Manage your inventory and create professional quotes from your phone, even without an internet connection. Stock & Quotes helps retailers, tradespeople, and small businesses track products, customers, and offers all in one app.

The dashboard displays the number of products, low stock alerts, quotes for the month, revenue, and inventory value. Quick actions lead to a new item, a quote, an entry, or an exit.

The catalog records name, reference, barcode, category, supplier, purchase price, selling price, VAT, quantity, and alert threshold. A product photo can be added. The scanner finds an item or offers to create one.

Inventory movements (purchase, sale, return, loss, internal use) update quantities. Insufficient stock is flagged before an exit.

Customer records include phone number, email, address, ICE (Business Identification Number), and quote history.

Quotes are created in three steps: customer, products, summary. Discounts, VAT, payment terms, and delivery times are added to the document. A PDF with the company logo and colors is generated on the device, then opened, printed, shared, or sent via WhatsApp or email. Statuses (draft, sent, accepted, rejected, expired) remain visible.

Reports show revenue, accepted or rejected quotes, and best-selling products for the selected period.

Business data remains on the device. A local backup (JSON or SQLite copy) is performed upon request. A PIN or biometric authentication can be used to lock access.

The interface is available in French, Arabic, English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Amounts are displayed in Moroccan dirhams, euros, dollars, British pounds, Saudi riyals, or UAE dirhams, depending on the settings.

Stock & Quotes is suitable for a shop, workshop or service business that sends clear quotes without a spreadsheet.
