Siraj POS

Siraj POS is an Android point-of-sale app designed to work with the existing Siraj Accounting system in your business. It connects directly to a compatible Siraj database over your local network, so the workflow remains tied to your accounting file and Siraj user permissions.

Current capabilities:
• Sign in with a Siraj user and show only the permitted point-of-sale types.
• Browse product shortcuts and search the item directory by name, code, or barcode.
• Build a sale, choose a customer, change quantities or units, and review totals before saving.
• Hold and restore invoices according to the user's permissions and POS configuration.
• Complete payment and save for the currently supported sale types, while preventing saves on an unlicensed device.
• Configure and test a compatible thermal printer, then print directly without a preview dialog.
• Enter a license manually or scan its QR code with the on-device camera. License verification is local and does not require an internet connection.

Requirements:
• An existing, configured Siraj Accounting installation with a compatible accounting file and database schema.
• The Android device and server must be on the same local network, or on a compatible private network that permits direct database access.
• A valid Siraj user with suitable permissions and a separate valid Siraj POS license for each device.
• For printing, a compatible thermal printer and connection channel, the required Android permissions, and a successful in-app printer test.

Siraj POS is a companion to Siraj Accounting, not a standalone cloud accounting service. Available features depend on the device license, Siraj user permissions, and the configuration of your accounting file.
