PDF Tool: Merge, Split, Unlock

Every PDF tool you reach for, in one app that never sends your files anywhere.
PDF Toolkit opens a PDF from your files, from another app's share sheet, or straight from "Open with", and turns it into exactly the document you need. Every operation runs on your device. The original file is never changed; each tool saves a new copy to Downloads/PDF Toolkit.
Organize pages
See every page as a thumbnail. Hold and drag to reorder, select pages to rotate or delete, tap one to preview it full screen and pinch to zoom. Every edit can be undone before you save.
Merge and split
• Merge several PDFs into one, in the order you choose, with the name you choose.
• Split by page ranges like 1-3, 5, 8-10, by every N pages, or into one file per page. The app shows which pages land in which file before you tap.
• Extract pages into a new file, in the order you tap them.
• Rotate every page of one or many files at once.
Convert
• Images to PDF: photos and screenshots, one per page, on A4, Letter or a page fitted to the image, with the orientation and margin you want. Sideways photos land upright.
• PDF to images: export pages as PNG or JPEG at screen, print or high resolution.
Protect
• Lock a PDF with an open password and a permissions password, and choose whether printing, copying, editing and commenting are allowed.
• Unlock a PDF with a password you know, so it opens without one. Nothing is guessed or cracked.
Stamp
• Watermark every page with your own text, choosing the opacity, angle, size and colour, with a live preview on your first page.
• Add page numbers in any corner or centre, in formats like "Page 3 of 12", starting from any number.
Inspect
See the page size, PDF version, encryption state, producer and dates, and edit the title, author, subject and keywords.
Built for many files
Rotate, lock, unlock, watermark and page numbers all work on several files in one go, with one result per file and progress you can cancel.
Private by design
• Your files never leave your device. There is no upload, no account and no cloud.
• Passwords you type are used to open the file and are never stored or logged.
• The app asks for no storage permission on Android 10 and later; files arrive through the system picker or the share sheet.
• Light and dark themes, and 15 languages.
PDF Toolkit is supported by ads. In regions that require it, ads are only requested after you make a choice in the consent dialog, which you can change at any time in Settings.
