cMPLi Be is India’s only time-tested micro-learning solution for micro-growth everyday with micro-time & micro-fee, resulting in Massive Outcomes for the life & career of freshers & college students. The mission of cMPLi Be LearningTech is to help 300,000 freshers & college students to accomplish their financial goals early in their career by using the unique cMPLi Be microLEarning (FUN) Formula. It is based on the principle of compounding. The time a student spends with one’s own voice-based, guided, learning-by-doing activity is as micro as three minutes (only) every day and, the cost? – less than 30paisa/ minute. The learning journey is spread over 9 to 21 months. It takes the learners closer & closer to the expansive world of opportunities & possibilities. It expands their horizon about business functions, job roles/ profiles, companies & the opportunities that they throw up from time to time, their expectations from freshers/ entry-level talent on competencies & mindset, exposure to young business executives & leaders and, last but not the least- living examples of over 300+ ordinary graduates who built extra-ordinary careers at an early stage. cMPLi Be seeds & nurtures bigger dreams, making way for the much-needed generational shift in quality of life for an aspiring college student & his/her family. It places them on a virtuous cycle of good job – good salary – improved productivity – bigger dreams & larger experiences for a life of abundance.

Aspirational & ambitious college youths, especially those from small towns & rural areas (including those from the urban areas who think & feel ‘disadvantaged’ for any reason), yearning to have access to quality opportunities early in their career, enter this unique learning funnel. Every single leaner in the cMPLi Be journey progresses to the top of the funnel in newer & newer versions of oneself every single day. At the end of the self-discovering journey, the unique cMPLi Be Learnability Quotient authentically pops up, presenting the curiosity-commitment-competency of the freshers or the potential early talent to potential hiring companies or to the World of opportunities & possibilities, depending on whatever one wants to Be. Throughout the fun-filled, thrilling, experiential learning journey, a cMPLi Be learner bags more than six micro-credentials and, at the end, bags the distinct digital badge named ‘cMPLi futuREadi earliTalent’. This unique badge gives them the exclusive visibility in the job/ opportunities market, 100% supported by cMPLi Be for job placements or for entrepreneurial ventures, depending on whatever one wants to Be.

cMPLi Be’s conviction in it’s learning process stems from it’s work with over 3000+ yearning souls during the past 15 years. The demonstrated success stories in the form of enhanced quality of life for the families of these graduates (estimated at over Rs.600crore in incremental cumulative income) fuels it’s desire & commitment to impact ‘at scale’.
