Taaply Smart Card is a digitized physical card that allows you to tap and share your personal or business information with clients, friends or acquaintances. No more typing phone numbers or entering social media user names, and you can definitely kiss paper business cards goodbye. Every detail you want to share will be on your smart card and all you need to do is either tap your smart card behind any NFC enabled smart device or scan the QR code at the back of your smart card to share your business or personal information. This information can be stored either directly on their smart device and OR on the Taaply app if they have it.

PS: The person with whom you wish to share your contact information with doesn’t need to have the Taaply app or Taaply smart card in order for you to share your info with them.

Taaply App helps manage the Taaply Smart Card with:

• Updating profile information.
• Updating your smart card information.
• Activating your Taaply smart card.
• Deactivating and Reactivating your Taaply smart card.
• Storing other contact information.
• Sharing your contact info using your QR code in case you forgot your smart card.

How this works is simple. Once you purchase your Taaply smart card, download the app and register. Now this is the fun part! Activate your card using NFC or QR Code. Make sure you input some profile information before activating your card. Once your card is activated, you are all set. All you need to do in order to share your contact info is either tap your card on the back of the device you wish to share your information with OR scan the QR Code at the back of your card to share the information.

Note: Not all devices are NFC compatible. For devices that are not compatible, you can use your camera or download the Taaply QR Code Scanner app that will allow you to scan QR Codes with any smart device.

Security is important to us, especially yours. We recognize bad things may happen. You may lose your card amongst other things. To avoid sharing your personal or business information with totally random strangers, you can block your card by deactivating it on the app. If, and when you find it, you can reactivate it again. If you never find it, all you need to do is buy a new card and activate the same profile on the new card.
