About Sudoku Junior: Learn to Solve

A sudoku that teaches your child how to think it through — not one that just checks answers.

Sudoku Junior explains its own reasoning. When your child is stuck, the board dims to the row, column or shape that decides the square, and the app says why in plain words: everything else here is already used, so only one number fits. It never gives away both the square and the number — your child still takes the last step.

A short section that teaches the real solving tricks by name, one at a time — where sudoku came from, then a lesson each for the last one in a square, the only place left in a row, and the locked pair. Watch the deduction, then finish it yourself. Nothing here can be failed.
