Pinpoint

When you walk through a property, you need a fast, intuitive way to capture what you see. Pinpoint gives you a digital floor plan where every observation becomes a color-coded pushpin. Start by creating a new walkthrough, where you enter the street address, the date of your visit, and an overall condition rating. Simply tap one of the three colored circles to mark the property as Good, Fair, or Poor. You can also add detailed notes about specific rooms or issues you want to remember. As soon as you save, the walkthrough appears in your chronological list, each entry showing the address and date alongside a bright pushpin that instantly communicates the condition. Swipe any walkthrough to delete it when it’s no longer relevant. The Walkthroughs tab keeps everything organized, while the dedicated Flagged tab automatically collects every property rated Poor, so you can quickly review serious concerns without digging through your full list. Your Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance summary with two prominent counters: one for total walkthroughs completed and another for properties that need immediate attention. You’ll also see the three most recent addresses right on the Dashboard, letting you jump back into your latest visits with a single tap. All your data is stored exclusively on your device, with no cloud accounts or logins required, so your private notes stay secure and accessible even without a connection. Whether you are a home buyer comparing multiple properties, a renter documenting pre-move-in condition, or a real estate agent capturing quick inspection notes, Pinpoint fits seamlessly into your walkthrough routine. The blueprint-inspired design, with its architectural lettering and subtle grid background, makes every screen feel like you’re marking up a real folded floor plan. Pinpoint turns every walkthrough into a clear, organized record you can trust, helping you make confident decisions about any property.
