The problem is with both of them. Nobody teaches our young working professionals in the companies. A good boss being busy doesn't have time to share his knowledge and the bad boss has a lot of insecurity and feels that if tells his juniors, he will lose his job!

So, nobody is teaching the essential skills in the job to our young working professionals. Then, how they will grow and add real value to the companies?
