At Left Coast, we are a beautiful community of misfits. Our community spans all sizes, shapes, colors, and genders. We are working folks: 9 to 5-ers, self-employed peeps, techies, soccer moms, gig workers, waitresses, teachers, and just about everything else you can think of. We have one thing in common: we are lifelong learners of the yoga practice.

We have “followed our practice” and it has brought us here. Over the years, our community has grown exponentially and we now offer classes, workshops, retreats, and more.
