About Anatomy 101: 3D Human Atlas
Anatomy 101 is a 3D human anatomy atlas for studying bones, muscles and organs on your phone.
Rotate the whole body with your finger, move from bones to muscles, vessels and organs, and tap any structure to see its name in English and Latin, what it looks like, what it articulates with and why it matters clinically.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• The whole body, in layers: skeleton, muscles, circulatory system and organs, with male and female figures.
• More than 1,200 parts to tap, each with its name in English and Latin.
• A detail card for every part: description, articulations and clinical significance. Isolate it to see it on its own from every angle.
• 17 detailed models: the skull with its 28 teeth, the hand, the foot, the spine, the inside of the heart, the rib cage, the pelvis and more.
• Exploded view: pull apart the pieces of a set to see how they fit together.
• Axial, sagittal and coronal cross-sections; the axial one shows the vertebral level at each height.
• Joints in motion, with a goniometer to measure each range.
• 14 guided courses that walk you through each region step by step, with the camera at the best angle and the rest of the body transparent.
• Quizzes to review: multiple choice, true or false, identify the part on the 3D model, and a guessing game with hints.
• Your material where it belongs: add lab photos, PDFs, voice notes and notes to each structure, or build your own albums.
• Search: type "femur", "liver" or "biceps" (or the Latin name) and open it straight in the model. Save your favorites.
WHO IT'S FOR
Medical, nursing, physical therapy, dental, sports science and biology students learning anatomy, osteology or the muscular system, and teachers who want to show a structure in 3D in class.
FREE AND PRO
Free, with in-app purchases: explore the body by layers and look up names in English and Latin. Includes the skull and hand in detail, two introductory courses and a sample of three 3D questions. Search, favorites and your own material are free and ad-free. Anatomy 101 Pro (monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time purchase) extends study to the whole atlas: full detail cards, isolation, heart layers, the other 15 detailed models, all three cutting planes, every moving joint, the other 12 guided courses and the full quiz.
OFFLINE
No account and no ads. The app works without internet, and everything you add stays on your phone.
Available in Spanish, English, Portuguese, German, Italian, French, Dutch and Catalan, with the names each language uses in medical school and the Latin of the Terminologia Anatomica.
