About Sports-Train Plant Tracker
Tap a food once to log it. The app counts each unique plant you've eaten this week, working towards a target of 30 different plants per week.
Eating an apple every day still counts as one plant. The point isn't quantity, it's variety. The interface is built around that: open the app, tap what you ate, close it.
Foods sit in seven categories — Wholegrains, Vegetables, Fruits, Legumes, Nuts and Seeds, Herbs and Spices, and Other. Around 100 common plants are included by default, and you can add anything missing. Don't eat coffee or peanuts? Exclude them and they'll stop cluttering your tracker.
There's a microphone button next to the input field. Tap it and say the food name. Useful when you're cooking and your hands are busy.
The Track tab shows your current week's progress. When the week ends, it rolls into your history so you can look back at how the previous weeks went. Set the weekly goal to whatever number works for you — 30 is the default, but 20 or 40 are fine if you want a different target.
