Report Anything Anywhere

Report Anything Anywhere turns a phone camera into a complete site-condition reporting tool — built for property agents, contractors, electricians, surveyors, and anyone else who needs to document a space with photos and hand over a clean report.

HOW IT WORKS
Walk through a property or job site adding photos organized by room or area. Mark up any photo with arrows, boxes, circles, freehand notes, or text labels to point out exactly what matters — a crack, a scratch, a faulty switch, whatever needs flagging. Add a short remark under each photo, then generate a paginated PDF report in one tap.

BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU ACTUALLY WORK
- Fully customizable rooms and areas — start from a ready-made list (Living Room, Kitchen, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Keys, Remotes, and more) or add, rename, reorder, and delete to match any property layout.
- Editable report title — label it a Property Condition Report, an Air Con Service report, a Renovation Report, or anything else your work calls for.
- Non-destructive annotation — go back and adjust markup on any photo any time before the report is finalized.
- Flexible PDF layout — choose 2, 4, 6, or 8 photos per page depending on how much detail each job needs.
- Manage multiple reports at once, switch between properties, and pick up right where you left off.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything — photos, property details, annotations — stays on your device. There's no account to create, no server, and no internet connection required to use the app. The only time anything leaves your device is when you choose to export or share a report yourself.

WHO IT'S FOR
Property agents documenting move-in/move-out condition. Contractors and tradespeople recording work completed or issues found. Electricians and surveyors producing inspection records. Anyone who needs fast, organized, photo-backed reporting without juggling a separate camera roll, notes app, and document editor.

Capture it. Mark it up. Report it. Anywhere, anytime.
