⭐️ Miscellaneous Features

The observation index is calculated based on the average value of the forecast period for tonight (19:00 – 05:00 the next day) and is displayed as a figure between 0 and 100%. That is the large number in the center of the screen. Below that, you can check the observation index for the next three days on a daily basis.

The card area at the bottom displays the factors affecting the index in detail. You can check sunrise and sunset times, moonrise and moonset times, moon phase and bright side ratio, cloud cover, humidity, wind speed, atmospheric pressure, and fine dust (PM2.5) all on one screen.

If you search for a location, it is saved on the device and automatically loaded on your next visit.

⭐️ Screen

The background changes in over 20 combinations based on real-time weather and the time. On clear nights, stars twinkle in a deep indigo sky, with the density of the stars varying according to cloud cover. On cloudy days, blurred cloud masses drift slowly. During the twilight hours before and after sunrise and sunset, a sunset gradient ranging from indigo to violet, magenta, and orange fills the background.

The moon is rendered realistically. The current moon phase and brightness ratio are precisely rendered as an SVG and displayed on the background. It is not displayed when below the horizon, and appears slightly larger with a lunar halo as it approaches a full moon.
