When the Great Lantern broke, night fell over the world and did not lift. You are a Wickling, a keeper of the First Flame, and the road to the place where the Lantern fell runs through twelve regions and fifty chapters.

EIGHT CALLINGS
Warrior, Paladin, Rogue, Mage, Ranger, Cleric, Necromancer or Shaman. Each has its own weapons, its own boons after every boss and a permanent path that opens region by region. Keep several heroes on one account and switch between them.

A JOURNEY, ONE NIGHT AT A TIME
Every day is a card in your journal: a fight, a shrine, a night market, a stranger by the road, a trap. Fights play out by themselves; what you choose decides them. Level up and pick one of three gifts.

REAL STAKES
Ambushes, thieves, soot fog and toll bridges. Losing costs you, but every defeat hardens your Resolve for the next try.

GROW BETWEEN JOURNEYS
Talents, a weapon with five tiers, gear in four rarities, chests, daily trials and quests. The night market sells potions, charms and sealed scrolls in three tiers.

TWELVE REGIONS, FIFTY CHAPTERS
From the Moth Meadow and the Hollow Woods to the Glass Desert, the Clockwork Spire and the Cinder Throne, with its own creatures, bosses and story in each. Roughly a year of nights for one player.
