About SmartX EHS Mobile

SmartX EHS Mobile brings health and safety management to where the work happens, and shows where your people are while they work. Report an incident in the yard, run the toolbox talk before the shift, and follow a live evacuation from the assembly point.

The app is part of the SmartX HUB platform and is intended for companies with an active contract. You sign in with the corporate credentials your organization provides.

PEOPLE SAFETY LOCATION IN REAL TIME

When your company uses SmartX badges, sensors or the phone itself, the app becomes a live safety map of the operation:

- See where each worker is right now, by area, zone or vessel, with the time of the last update.
- Emergency button: one press raises an alarm with the exact position and alerts the supervisor immediately.
- Man-down and no-motion detection for people working alone or in confined spaces.
- Geofences: entry and exit alerts for restricted, hazardous or authorized-personnel-only areas.
- Live evacuation and roll call: who has reached the assembly point, who is still missing and where they were last seen.
- Lone worker follow-up during the shift, with automatic escalation when a check-in is missed.
- Location history for incident investigation: the route and the zones a worker went through before the event.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Incidents and accidents: open the record on the spot, set type and severity, describe what happened and attach photos.
- Near misses: report unsafe conditions and acts in a few taps, with location and time.
- Toolbox talks: run the topic of the day, register the crew and collect each confirmation.
- JSA and risk analysis: walk through the task steps, identify hazards, define controls and record the release.
- Emergency contacts: always at hand, with one-tap calling.
- Offline mode: a record created with no signal is kept on the device and uploads as soon as the connection returns.
- Three languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish, following your company setup.

PART OF THE PLATFORM

Every record and every position reaches SmartX HUB immediately and feeds the indicators, action plans and reports of the safety team. The office follows the field in real time, and the field never fills the same information twice.

PERMISSIONS AND WHY THEY ARE USED

- Location: shows the worker position on the safety map, records where an incident happened and supports emergency roll call. Background location, when enabled by your company, exists for lone worker follow-up and emergency response during the shift.
- Camera and photos: evidence attached to records.
- Notifications: emergency, evacuation and pending task alerts.

ACCESS

An active contract and a user created by your company are required. The app has no public sign-up and cannot be used without a corporate account.
