Smart Roads: Prove Staff Competency in NZ & Australian Traffic Management

Smart Roads helps traffic management companies in New Zealand and Australia meet modern compliance standards by proving staff competency — without relying on outdated paper forms or legacy qualifications.

Designed for real-world worksites, the app lets staff submit site reports, upload safety photos, and complete on-site assessments — all from their mobile device.

For Staff (Mobile App):
✅ Fill out job-specific competency checklists
✅ Upload photos (TMPs, PPE, safety zones, access points, etc.)
✅ Complete vehicle pre-checks to ensure compliance and safety
✅ Submit detailed reports with timestamp
✅ Receive real-time feedback from admins
✅ Build a personal portfolio of work, tickets, and licenses

For Admins (Web Dashboard):
✅ Add and manage staff accounts
✅ Review submissions and rate performance
✅ Track qualifications, licenses, vehicle compliance, and first aid
✅ Generate professional PDF reports for tenders or client audits

Built around risk-based models, Smart Roads supports modern compliance in both NZ and AU traffic management, making it easier to prove workforce capability and meet client expectations.
