The application provides access to the building management system installed in the halls, through which tenants can access the technical data of the areas they rent, so they can continuously monitor their utility consumption and change their heating, ventilation or lighting settings and create time programs at any time. These opportunities all contribute to more efficient energy management and more sustainable operation, thus reducing costs. In addition, it is possible to access and download the documentation related to the given rental property through the application.
