ShowUp: Gym Accountability

Turn "I should go" into "I showed up."

ShowUp helps you follow through on your gym habit with a contract you choose, a daily photo and accountability from other members.

MAKE A PROMISE YOU CAN KEEP
Choose how long your contract runs and how many rest days you need each week. Review your commitment, then sign it. Your goal is simple: show up and check in on the days your contract requires.

PROVE YOU WERE THERE
Take a gym selfie using the app's camera. Your photo is timestamped when you capture it. Another member reviews your check-in, and you help keep someone else accountable by reviewing theirs.

PUT SOMETHING BEHIND IT
Choose what is at stake: money, a witness who is told how your contract ended, or just your pride. Money is never required.

SEE YOUR CONSISTENCY BUILD
Follow your check-ins, streaks, activity calendar and badges. See the effort you have already put in, and make the next gym day count.

ROOM FOR REAL LIFE
Choose your rest days when you create your contract. If you believe a check-in was rejected unfairly, you can submit an appeal for another look.

Make a promise you will want to keep. Then show up.
