Sensafe app is an effort for better monitor of observations and quick actions in case of any disturbance.

 CREATE SOR
o General details for preparing a request to submit and forward is dealt Under CREATE SOR. Conditions to create SOR for an on-site project are: Close call, Unsafe act, Unsafe condition, Positive condition and Life Saving Rules (LSR).
o User must create SOR to maintain an indirect approach to enforce sustainability between health, safety and environment.
o When employee clicks on CREATE SOR following screen appears as shown, where it is mandatory for user to fill in all details else created SOR will not be forwarded.
 VIEW SOR
• When user clicks on VIEW SOR, screen as shown below appears with DRAFT, REJECTED, CREATED SOR columns. Employee can view SOR, forward, reject and close it as per use. In case of draft, created SOR is visible which can be updated and forwarded. Employee can FORWARD this data to the supervisor for prompt action. In case of rejected, SOR rejected by the supervisor can be viewed, edited and forwarded. Created SOR saves data of all the created SOR and their listing.
 ACTION TO BE TAKEN
 When employee clicks on ACTION following screen appears with PENDING, REJECTED, CLOSED SOR columns. In case of pending, created SOR is saved. Employee can FORWARD (data to the supervisor for prompt action), REJECT and CLOSE. In case of rejected, SOR rejected by the supervisor is visible which can be viewed only. Closed SOR saves data of all the created SOR and can view the remarks.
 GET DATA
Click on Get Data, download’s all updated records of the employee from server based on Location, Project and Category. When action is completed user is directed to home page.
 REPORTS
Monthly and yearly reports regarding created SOR.
 PROFILE
Profile section views details of the logged In employee.
