Mobipax CREW

mobipax is the first true subscription based onboard cabin crew solution with passenger focused information and services.
The mobipax tablet-based solution is a new application which is designed to replace cabin crews’ current paper-based processes with digital processes. mobipax is a mobile solution for cabin crew and helps to improve in-flight passenger service, passenger recognition, claims management, passenger surveys and sales on board by using modern computer technology.

With mobipax, airlines can enable their cabin crew to fulfill customers every single time. The solution helps airlines to integrate, digitize, and transform in-flight services through a range of capabilities across multiple functional areas such as passenger manifest data, passenger profile information, seat assignments, special service requests (SSRs), meal preferences and special assistance. mobipax relies on teletype messages being sent by the departure control or flight operations to the mobipax cloud backend.
