schukai Time Tracking

Clock in, record breaks and clock out. schukai Time Tracking keeps your working time, target hours and balance in view.

Use the app locally without an account or server. Your records stay on your phone and remain available offline. Track holidays, sick days and time off in lieu alongside your working time.

Forgot to clock in or out? Add a complete past working day with its breaks, or fill a matching gap with a reason. Clear notices help you correct incomplete records.

Choose Rings, Timeline or Type, in light or dark mode. Holiday calendars cover 17 countries. Working-time rule profiles are available for Germany and Austria; they are separate from the holiday calendar.

Export CSV or PDF, create an encrypted local backup and send a signed work-time report to your office. The browser-based report checker verifies the file locally without uploading it.

For employers: receive reports manually, or use schukai Workspace Team for central oversight and automation. Employees connect by QR code; clocking then requires an online connection. Targets, balances and time off come from your company system. The app is included with an active schukai Workspace Team connection.

Try local time tracking for 30 booking days. Afterwards, a one-time purchase unlocks further local bookings. Existing records remain readable and exportable. No subscription and no advertising.

Introductory offer available until 31 December 2026. The current price is shown in Google Play.
