Home Maintenance Log

**Every home has a service history. Almost nobody has it written down.**

Home Maintenance Log is the digital service book for your property. It answers
the questions that are impossible to answer three years later:

· When was the hot water system last serviced?
· When is the air conditioner due?
· Where is the receipt for the dishwasher?
· Who installed the solar panels?
· Is this appliance still under warranty?
· How much have I spent on the house this year?

**Built around your assets**
Record everything that needs looking after - the air conditioner, the gutters,
the hot water system, the smoke alarms, the pool pump. Make, model, serial
number, purchase date, warranty, and how often it should be serviced.

**A schedule that keeps itself honest**
Set a service interval once and the app works out when the next one is due.
Recurring jobs create their next occurrence when you tick one off - measured
from the due date, so an annual service does not quietly drift into a
fifteen-monthly one.

**Warranties you will actually remember**
Provider, warranty number, what is covered, when it ends - and a reminder
before it lapses, while you can still do something about it.

**The paperwork, in your pocket**
Photograph receipts, invoices, manuals and certificates. Everything is stored
on your device under a random filename, and photos are re-encoded on the way in
so the location data your camera attached is removed.

**What it costs**
Every completed job records what it cost. See the year's total, the breakdown
by category and by asset, and which contractors you actually use.

**Reports worth handing over**
Six professional PDF reports, including a full property summary - the one to
give a buyer, an insurer or a conveyancer. Plus CSV export for everything.

**Genuinely private**
No account. No sign-up. No cloud. No analytics. Your maintenance records never
leave your device unless you deliberately export or share them - and there is
no server anywhere holding a copy.

**One payment, not a subscription**
The free version tracks one property with unlimited assets, unlimited jobs,
unlimited service history and unlimited reminders. The lifetime unlock adds
unlimited properties, warranty tracking, the contractor database, cost
analytics, PDF reports, CSV export, backup and restore, and biometric lock.
Bought once, kept forever.
